Orange & Cream Cheese Icing

Barb's Orange & Cream Cheese Icing
Recipe By: Barbara Burrell

Serving: 8oz

2oz Cream Cheese (1/4 of an 8 oz block)
3 Cup Powdered Sugar
1-2 Tsp Orange Extract
1/4 Cup Milk

1. Add cream cheese,powdered sugar and extract in a food processor. Blend ingredients until combined and smooth.

2. Slowly add milk until you reach desired consistency.

*Notes about recipe: I created this recipe on a whim and had the family try it. Everyone said they loved it and engulfed the cake topped with this icing. My husband Michael says that it is not too sweet. It is the perfect sweetness for him but to warn everyone that if you try this with my Pecan Carrot Cake recipe you may want to have a glass of milk on hand LOL. Enjoy!
